外皮平均熱貫流率(UA値)は、住宅の内部から床、外壁、屋根(天井)や開口部などを通過して外部へ逃げる熱量を外皮全体で平均した値です。つまり、熱損失の合計を外皮面積で除した値で、値が小さいほど熱が逃げにくく、省エネルギー性能が高いことを示します。

・一般住宅(目安)=2㎠/㎡〜
家全体にある隙間面積(㎠)を延べ床面積(㎡)で割ったもので、この数字が小さいほど気密性が高い事を表します。

The average heat transfer coefficient (UA value) is the value obtained by averaging the amount of heat that escapes from the interior of a house to the exterior through the floor, exterior walls, roof (ceiling), and openings in the house over the entire exterior skin. In other words, it is the value obtained by dividing the total heat loss by the outer skin area. The smaller the value, the more difficult it is for heat to escape, indicating higher energy conservation performance.

・General housing (standard) = 2㎠/m2 or less
This is the area of gaps in the entire house (㎠) divided by the total floor area (㎡), and the smaller this number is, the more airtight the house is.
